Why are plant enzymes so important in aromatherapy blends?

What are plant enzymes and how can they help us?
Plant enzymes breaks down proteins, fats, carbs and starches.  Enzymes are commonly discussed when it comes to digestion.  So in aromatherapy, to help the body digest the essential oil via topical and inhalation applications, enzymes can be helpful.  In elaborating, enzymes break down protein structures such as allergens, skin and pet dander, stains and the exoskeleton of insects, fleas and ticks.  So this is why I recommend added it to certain blends.  It also enhances tissue and cellular hydration, so I add it into most of formulas, including my facial toner and any skin support blends. I sell the one I use in my online store if you want to take a look at it - http://shop.jennscents.com/Natures-Fresh-Plant-Enzyme-Spray-1549-7.htm.  It is not required in blends, but something I wanted to share as I have found many benefits with it in aromatherapy.

Oh my, I have a hemorrhoid...Ouch!

If you have ever had a hemorrhoid, or known someone who has, you know they are pretty painful. Actually, just downright excruciating at time. And, it's not easy to talk about.  Who would you talk to about it?  Come on, who wants to admit they have a literal pain in their butt?  This is not the time for show and tell, lol.  Well, let me tell you, everyone will experience this awful, uncomfortable, debilitating pain at some point in their life.  Some causes have been attributed to chronic diarrhea, constipation, vein and circulation issues. Just sitting, wearing the wrong underwear or jeans, going potty or any movement can prove to be challenging. Who wants to experience this discomfort?

Well, having Crohn's, Colitis, leaky gut and IBS, I can tell you, I was embarrassed the first time a doctor told me I had a hemorrhoid.  But then he explained, "it is a busted blood vessel, in that 'area', due to being over-burdened, so it needs time to heal". Oh, that's it? A busted blood vessel? Well that didn't sound as terrible as the actual word, hemorrhoid. When I looked it up, it is explained as a vascular structure in the anal canal, that are cushions to help the stool evacuate. When these vascular structures, or veins, become swollen, irritated and inflamed, this is considered a hemorrhoid.

Some signs you have one...well, they are painful for starters.  It can be sore, throbbing, itchy and irritated. You may see blood after you go #2, wither in the toilet or on the toilet paper. Your stools may also be skinny, meaning something is keeping it from coming out in the size of your normal colon. Take your thumb and index finger and connect them together at the tips.  This forms a circle, which is the size of your colon. Stools should be about that size in diameter, and about 12-18" long in length.  That is a health bowel movement (after each meal).

So, what to do?  Well, first, understand the cause of the issue.  Is it diarrhea (constant purging irritation to the lining) or constipation (straining to "take out the trash")? It is that you are wearing things all of the time? Sitting to long? Varicose vein issues? Pregnancy? Obesity? Hormones?

Hydration (meaning drinking enough water daily and taking mineral to drive the hydration into the cell) is super important, along with food choices, and taking regular bathroom breaks.  Don't hold it in.  Go when you have to go!

Herbally and aromatherapy-wise, you have many choices.  I personally like to choose vasoconstrictors, circulation supporters, analgesics and anti-inflammatories from a variety of companies, so I know I have the best stuff that will give me results.  There are no cutting corners if you are serious about getting rid of this butt pain. So here is my favorite protocol..

JennScents Hemorrhoid Cream for topical application - http://shop.jennscents.com/Hemorrhoid-Relief-Salve-JSHEMRS.htm

Digestive Enzymes with a soothing blend - I like the Verdezymes since it is a 3 in 1 formula (enzymes, protease, soothing blend) - http://shop.jennscents.com/Solle-Verdezymes-VZYME.htm

Excell - for circulation, contains butcher's broom, maca, mullein, fenugreek and several other supporting herbs) - http://shop.jennscents.com/Solle-Excell-EXCELL.htm

Essentil Fatty Acid with a Fat emulsifier - this one has omega 3, 6, 7 and 9 with a fat emulsifier, so my 3 in 1 EFA's - http://shop.jennscents.com/SolleMegas-SMEGA.htm

What's going on in your terrain?

What's going on in your internal terrain?  Most of us don't pay attention to our body and mind when it is working for us.  We only give it attention when we feel pain, can't function, sick in bed, runny nose, get a hemorrhoid or have intestinal upset. What if you could ask your body, "hey, what would you like this month so that you don't break down on me?"  Well, you can with the DermaGrid Scan. It offers the latest in technology to help us identify some herbals, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and foods that can nourish our body to help it be happy and work every day.

In our world of technology, smartphones and virtual businesses, we can now assess our specific wellness needs with the Dermagrid Scan.  You can watch a video on it's technology at www.Dermagrid.com.  I have found it to take the guesswork out of what herbs I should be taking, which essential oils would help my mood, what skin care practices I need to be doing to make my skin glow and what foods would be beneficial.

In a nutshell, DermaGrid uses a geometric grid pattern (like a fingerprint) to do skin analysis and a 32 body system (including yin or yang, support or cleanse) assessment. It evaluates a skin image with a comprehensive database, using 3 types of dermal characteristics – Contour, Texture and Pigment Analysis.

The DermaGrid Scan is simple.  I can do these for anyone, anywhere in the world. All it takes is for you to answer a few simple questions and email or upload a picture of the back of your hand - it must be a close-up picture of a clean skin surface, from knuckles to wrist with little to no background. You can complete the questionnaire and upload your hand picture at  www.JennScents.com/Dermagrid-Scan/.  Once I receive your questionnaire, I will email you a detailed report highlighting suggested protocols that best match your skin and wellness needs. These scans run $35, but are free in the month of November 2015, in honor of ThanksGiving. A thank you to you and a giving of a special health tool.

Contact me if you have any questions -  www.JennScents.com or https://www.facebook.com/JennScents-227455947854/.

On a side note, if you are a natural health practitioner, wellness spa or salon, esthetician, massage therapist, chiropractor, dermatologist, dietician, skin care and/or cosmetic specialists, supplement distributor and/or weight loss specialist, this technology can enhance services you provide to your client. No equipment, software to download or experience required. There is a one time activation fee and a monthly fee to access the database. There are 3 membership types depending on the size of your business. Click here to get started, https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/40055016953954.

Circadian Rhythm Scents

Did you know that your body has an internal clock that works 24/7?  It is responsible for organ maintenance and optimal health function.  When there is a hiccup in one of the systems, it can effect everything else.  For example, if you picture a conveyer belt at the grocery store, and you place your groceries on the moving belt, if it  works properly, it will stop when a product reaches the cashier end.  If it's broken, it will keep going and cause a chaotic overload, and everything starts running together and spilling over. Your body works the same way.  At some point after you put in nutrients, your cup runeth over and you have t empty your barrel of trash to allow room for more nutrients to come in.   Here is a chart of our circadian rhythm.  You'll notice, most of your eliminative channels are having maintenance during the night, when we should be asleep.  This allows for these systems to do their job, uninterrupted and with out stimuli that pulls them in a various directions at one time. Also, your "second adrenaline" kicks in around 11pm so your body has enough energy to gather up all of the trash and eliminate it when we wake.

The circadian rhythm can give you insight as to what is going on with your health on a physical, mental and emotional level.  For example, those having a hard time getting to sleep may want to look at their gall bladder function and integrate grapefruit into their sleep spray.  Those waking up between 1a-3a may want to look at their liver.  And on an emotional level, assess their anger issues so add in rose and ylang ylang to their sleep spray.

Our clock allows for energy, but also rest.  We need to balance the two to improve and manage our health.  For more information, check out our JennScents Holistic Aromatherapy Comprehensive Guide at www.JennScents.com.

Perfumes and Colognes - Healthy or Not?

Perfume and colognes...it's a love-hate relationship with most people. For some people, it is a daily ritual to spritz a designer perfume or cologne on before heading out the door.  For others, smelling just a tiny whiff of it can trigger migraines, allergies and intestinal upset.  So how can we all get the smell we wants, without the repulsive side effects?  Well, botanical and essential oil based perfumes of course.

Did you know that you can make a professional smelling, immune enhancing, thyroid supporting, mood enhancing perfume from the comforts of your home for a fraction of the costs? Simply by using pure, authentic essential oils and botanicals that have not been adulterated, diluted or altered from it's original plant-nature state.

So why is that important?  Why do people have a negative response to certain perfume scents?  If you look at the manufacturing of perfumes, on average, all list fragrance as an ingredient.  This fragrance consist of a combination of altered chemicals components to produce a certain scent, rather than extracting it from nature as a whole. One thing you should know about "fragrance" is that it is synthetic. Dr. Mercola shared an insightful article on "Is Your Perfume Poison?" at http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2013/11/27/toxic-perfume-chemicals.aspx. Of course we can read and learn about the ingredients listed on the label, but it's those hidden ingredients that are not listed that you should be more concerned about. Perfume use has been linked to thyroid, adrenal, hormone, hepatic, nervous system, brain and lymphatic issues, not to mention a plethora of other imbalances.  A couple other enlightening articles I found are http://www.ourlittleplace.com/chemicals.html and http://healthimpactnews.com/2014/secondhand-fragrance-contamination-a-public-health-problem/.

So, I encourage you to empower yourself with knowledge about what you are applying to your thyroid and lymphatic system regions everyday.  Is it synthetic, health impeding scents or is it natural, botanical, unaltered nature that offers health supporting benefits?  I each workshops on Aromatherapy Custom Perfume Making every quarter.  The next is on October 10, 2015 at Harry P. Leu Botanical Gardens, http://www.eventbrite.com/e/perfume-making-with-essential-oils-workshop-tickets-18121627275

Roman Chamomile Essential Oil Benefits

Roman chamomile is an essential oil near and dear to my heart.  It was the very first essential oil I ever experienced and it brought me so much relief for my intestinal cramps, IBS issues as well as mental and emotional stability and nourishment.  Chamomile in general is known as a "caretaker", "mother herb" and "nurturer".  It brings nourishment, comfort, calmness and peace.  It helps take care of the caretaker, but also to the person being taken care of.  So it can bring strength and loving compassion as well as humility, appreciation and forgiveness.  It is my favorite oil right up there with lavender.

Roman chamomile has many scientifically proven properties that can enhance anyone's life.  It is anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, analgesic, antidepressant and nervine, just to name a few.  You can read more about it with some scientific links, and get a bottle to try at http://JennScents.net/?sn=3901-6.  For me personally, it calmed intestinal, PMS and muscle spasms, pain and swelling, sprained ankle discomfort, urinary issues, skin irritations (dryness, itching, rashes), acne toner (when added with liquid plant enzymes - (http://JennScents.net/?sn=1549-7), anxiety, nervous, frustration, irritability and anger.

This is one of my top 10 must have essential oils in your herbal medicine cabinet.  Take a whiff and enjoy complete relaxation, without feeling guilty!

Top Mineral Make-up of Choice

We all want to be healthier and to consume and use healthy products. Nowadays, we have to walk around with google on standby on our smartphones so we can research and understand the plethora of ingredients listed on labels. That is why I am a big advocate in researching companies and knowing your "suppliers" of the products you want to use. It helps take some guesswork out which saves us time, and ultimately money. Take make-up for example. With the exception of color additives and a few prohibited substances, cosmetics companies may use any ingredient or raw material in their products without government review or approval (FDA 2005). Whereas the European Union has banned more than 1,000 ingredients from use in cosmetics, the FDA has only prohibited 8 including chloroform and bithionol. This is crazy which prompted me to find a really good, low-no toxic mineral make-up. It is by Youngevity and has good pricing, offers great coverage as well as a variety of colors. Here is a video showing a makeover using the mineral make-up so you can see how good it is - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_oAZzrgnLoY. Let me know if you want to order some to try. They have some kits to get you started. You can shop now at https://jennscents.buyygy.com/90forLifeStore/en/makeup

Aromatherapy & Lymphatic System for Emotional Health

Importance of aromatherapy and lymphatic system in emotional, mental and physical health.

Aromatherapy is a powerful tool when it comes to emotional, mental and physical health.  Essential oils can offer a variety of benefits, and enable our mind and body systems to perform optimally. In emotional healing the body system that is most prevalent and in need of aromatherapy is the lymphatic system.

The lymphatic system is responsible for delivering good nutrients and oxygen to the cells, tissues and muscles, while taking out the “trash”. When it gets congested and stuck, an unhealthy terrain manifests, which may lead to a variety of differences within the body and mind. This stuckness may hinder neurotransmitters from sending complete messages, which delays or stops the body from responding appropriately. When we get stuck, our thought patterns may be more negative, repeat themselves like a merry-go-round and smother us from being present in the moment. This mental exhaustion can deprive the physical body from functioning at an optimal level, thus creating disharmony. And then the continual cycle of mind-body, body-mind circulates this conflict.

The lymphatic systems role in the olfactory process, is to allow toxic emotions to be eliminated and positive ones to flourish. Because essential oil molecules of a pure, unadulterated oil, resemble those naturally present in the body, they can make their way into any place, whether congested or not. They help create movement, which can decongest stagnant lymph and push out bad debris or waste. This process has been shown to boost and declutter immunity and increase productivity from all other body systems. Thus, leading us to a healthier mind and body communication, interaction and function, simultaneously.

The Power of Networking in Small Business

I started my business 13 yeas ago and I will say, one of the biggest contributors to my success was getting involved in the local networking groups.  It was a way for me to meet people, share what I love, and overcome my fear of public speaking (although this was a bonus, I would have never did it if someone time I'd have to speak in public, lol). Well, I've been mentoring some friends who are involved in the same direct sales businesses as me, and I thought I'd share our business topic of the month.

Here are my tips for successful networking -

Choosing a Network Group
  • Research and make a list of all of the network groups in your area, or in the area you want to be.
  • Attend each of the groups at least once to see if it is a good fit for you.  Some you may have to attend 2-3 times. The key to successful network groups, is that you attend every meeting and event.  You must be involved as these people will become your friends and your advertisers.  When they see you often, you will be top of mind and they will refer to you.  Must combine attendance consistency with group content.
  • At first, I would narrow that down to 1-3 groups so you can stay focused, not get too overwhelmed and participate.  Then if you find that the “social” aspect is equivalent to being in your office, and business is growing, you may want to be involved with several groups.  For me, it started with 1 leads/network group. Then went to 2, then 3 then 6.  I found that the socializing part took the pressure off, allowed people to ask me questions when they were ready (in a non-sales, non-threatening way) and I was always available.  And it was more fun that being stuck in an office. This helped me build a rapport, trust, credibility and confidence over time that people began to seek me out more often.

Network Group Content
  • You first need to understand the structure of the meeting.  In one of my groups, we went around the room and did our “1 minute commercial”.  For me at the time, I was promoting aromatherapy, so I would feature a different product or essential oil (just 1) every week. I found that 1 powerful opening sentence that describes who you are and what you do, then 1-2 sentences of content about the product you want to spotlight (not sell), then closing statement that drives action (like, “My name is...you can contact me via email or phone, and I look forward to helping people...”)
  • Make a list of group content topics so you are prepared each meeting to share in a confident, powerful, friendly and fun way.  You want to choose products or services that are combinations, unique, serve a specific purpose, that you can’t really get anywhere else. If I was to share information about the good mineral make-up I found, I use and now distribute, I'd say something like...
“Hi, my name is Jennifer. How many people have or know someone who has a serious health concern? [I'd raise my hand] And if you or they could minimize their toxic exposure that feeds that health concern, would you do it?  [I raise my hand].  Well, did you know that studies show that in the morning women apply over 126 chemicals (in 12 different products) before they leave the house (also known as topical ingestion)? And that during their lifetime, women will ingest approximately 126 pounds of lipstick?  That could be your wife, mom, sister or friend.  Isn’t that crazy?  That was me until my friend and I found a solution that decreases the amount of "toxic topical ingestion", simply but switching what I was already buying, to a healthier source.  My name is Jennifer. If you’d like help switching what you use to something healthier, you can call or email me anytime.”

Getting the most of out network groups
  • Know what to say when people ask you, “what do you do?”.  “I am.... and I help people...”. You want something that states what you do, who you are and what type of referral you would like, all in one, non-sales-like sentence. remember, it's about building relationships, not just selling a product.
  • After you have become a group member, ask how you can be a featured guest speaker at one of their meetings.  Some groups allow 1-2 members to do a 15 minute presentation.
  • Ask to be a vendor at networking events, volunteer to work the “group booth” as this will bring you notoriety, and help people become familiar with you.  The more they see your face, and in a capacity of helping, the more they will feel comfortable with you.
  • Partner with other members for events, home party opportunities, speaking opportunities, referral network.
One of my passions is helping other health-prenuers realize their dreams. If you are looking to start and build a successful part r full-time home business, let me know.  We can chat about your goals and opportunities to make that happen.

Have a super healthy and happy day!  :)

Natural Cleaning with Aromatherapy

Essential oils can be a powerful tool when cleaning naturally.  Cleaning green is not just a fad, but very important when it comes to our health - physically, mentally and emotionally. Chemical exposure has been scientifically linked to a number of health disorders, as well as mental imbalances and nutritional issues.

My natural cleaning journey began 13 years ago.  I was diagnosed with sever Crohn's, colitis, leaky gut and IBS.  I was a complete mess and barely could get out of bed everyday.  I had to take  sabbatical from my job, erase everything on my calender for the next several months, and do a complete overhaul on my life.  Cleaning green was one of the first places I started.  Who knew that being exposed to bleach, window cleaners, bathroom and kitchen cleaners, carpet powders and "fragrant" room sprays can put your body and mind into a tailspin?  I didn't.

After a friend of mine shared some astonishing chemical cleaning facts, and some healthy, natural cleaning substitutes, my life and health began to change.  My sinuses weren't stuffed up, my stomach wasn't rumbling and upset, my skin got better and hydrated, my mood changed.  All because of some simple household upgrades.

So, what was the secret?  Essential oils, baking soda, vinegar, liquid enzymes and a soap concentrate.  Yep, that's it.  Everything I needed to clean in just these simple, pronounceable ingredients.

Hopefully you can join me on April 11, 2015 at Harry P. Leu Gardens for my live class on Natural Cleaning with Aromatherapy.  We will talk about the benefits of cleaning green and share tips and recipes to replace those harsh chemical cleaners.  Here is the link to register - http://www.eventbrite.com/e/natural-cleaning-with-aromatherapy-tickets-15806711299.

Natural Remedies for Sleep

I get asked a lot, what do you have to help me sleep better. Well, with sleep, it is not an easy or quick answer.  There are many contributors to and forms of insomnia. So a couple tidbits to keep in mind...

Your body works on a circadian rhythm. Every 2 hours, it does maintenance on different body systems.  Your detoxification processes occur at night starting at 11p.  If it were a perfect world, there should be less stimuli and interruption at night, thus giving the body the best environment to grab up all of the toxins, wrap up in "trash bags" and eliminate when you wake up.

With that said, your "second adrenaline" aka "2nd wind", kicks in at 11p, to assist with optimal detoxification. So, you should be I bed by 10p, with no stimuli (no tv, bright colored alarm clocks, radio, etc.), giving your body and mind the ability to quiet down, fall asleep and enter into REM by 11p.  If you are not asleep by 11p, you may not be able to fall asleep until 2a. Or, if you force yourself to sleep, you will awake in 2 hours.

Some helpful tips -
- no sugar or stimulating foods after 7p
- do something in the evening to calm the mind, like journal, aromatherapy bath (Calm EO blend is my favorite), read, crochet, etc.
- exercise, walk or movement early in the day, to increase energy to meet your daily demands allowing you to calm mind in evening
- no caffeine after 3p
- in bed by 10p
- stay hydrated during the day with water and minerals
- herbal remedies such as Adaptogens, Enzymes, Probiotics, Kava Kava, Distress Remedy Flower Essence and an Herbal Sleep Combo like Herbal Sleep or Stress-J.

If lack of sleep becomes chronic, you may want to consider booking an Herbal Consultation with me so we can get to the root of the matter and customize a wellness program specific to your needs.

Happy and healthy sleeping!  :)

A Natural Health Legend - Dr. Joel Wallach

Some of you may have heard of Dr. Joel Wallach, a nutrition research and mineral pioneer! He says, "The body has the innate ability to heal itself if it has access to all the known raw materials: The 90 Essential Nutrients!". He created a ...company surrounded by these 90 essential nutrients called Youngevity. I was introduced to them last year when Jordan Rubin merged Beyond Organic with him, and have been very impressed. In fact, Jordan's dad learned from Joel when Jordan was growing up. Well, I came across this fascinating testimony by Lauren Knievel, the niece-in-law of Evel Knievel (the famous dare devil) and wanted to share. Also, here is the link to the Youngevity website to check out the famous 90 essentials... www.JennScents.My90ForLife.com

In 1997 Dr. Wallach was contacted by Lauren Knievel, the niece-in-law of Evel Knievel (the famous dare devil). She was two and a half months pregnant, and her embryo had been diagnosed with Down syndrome at the two and one half month stage by both an amniocentesis and an ultrasound by two separate laboratories. She wanted to avoid an abortion that many were recommending. This was the first time that Wallach had to answer the question, “can the embryo be saved and the Down syndrome ‘gene defect’ be reversed?” Wallach answered that he didn’t know; he had never been asked before to intervene in an early pregnancy to save an embryo. He told her, however, if she wanted to try, he was willing to try and would do his best. Wallach knew that they must work quickly, as the window of time that would allow a reversal of such a ‘genetic defect’ may have already passed. Wallach put together a formula of all the known 90 essential nutrients and the very day that Lauren Knievel posed the question , “Can the gene defect that caused the Down syndrome in her embryo be reversed?” she began to consume the 90 essential nutrients. Lauren Knievel’s baby was born a full-term perfectly healthy baby— the Down syndrome “genetic defect” had been reversed!

Natural Solutions for Mental Health

I want to discuss a topic that is affects everyone on this planet, in one way or another...mental health. Almost every newspaper across our nation reports daily on some negative or tragic event that involves mental illness. It is often silent until something "erupts". A person may feel trapped, overwhelmed, alone, abandoned and buried. Their body may not be receiving or absorbing the right nutrients, which upsets the digestive system (a system of processing every stimuli we endure throughout the day and life), thus affecting our mental faculties such as rational thinking, decisiveness, focus, concentration, memory, feeling happy, joyous and positive.

You may suffering or know someone who suffers from mental imbalance, instability or illness. So just know, that you are not alone. There are some really great supplements and aromatherapy that can help get your body and mind back on track. I know this from personal experience. The natural health program I discuss in this webinar on Mental Health, http://stme.in/eqpvoFT6Z, has made a tremendous difference in my life and how I feel. And, I noticed a difference in a very short period of time. Last year was an incredibly tough year for me, but it was bearable and manageable because I had tool - herbs, aromatherapy, family and friends - to help me through. If you have any questions, want to order any products or schedule a consultation, please do not hesitate to message me.

They have concealers, a solid foundation stick and powder; bronzer, lipstick, lip and eye pencils, eye shadow and mascara.  It is non-caking, non-sheer, and delivers great coverage that looks natural. It goes on easy and you don't need to use a ton.

My Herbal Cupboard Must Haves

Everyone has a "Must Have" list make-up, food, clothes and accessories.  But what about your health?  Your herbs and vitamins?  What are your "must haves"?

For some people like me, herbs are a way of life. I always make sure I have things in stock, and try never to run out.  This is my healthcare. For others, that are new to natural health, it can be intimidating and tough to decide where to start, and what are the "must haves" to keep in stock at all times.

Well, let me share what my top 10 "must haves" are and why, and maybe this will help you choose what is right for you.  These are in no particular order, as I keep them all in stock.

1. Activated Charcoal -  food poisoning, stomach flu, throwing up, diarrhea, hangovers, excess phlegm )cough or silent reflux) and to make a facial mask to unclog and tighten pores. http://jennscents.net/?sn=366-2

2. Enzymes - gas, bloating, ate too much, belly ache, reflux, nervous stomach, eating foods that don't agree with me.  My favorite one is Verdezymes by Solle Naturals at www.SolleScents.com

3. Probiotics - to boost immune and brain function, combat bad bacteria and germ exposure, nourishes serotonin levels, combats depression.  My favorite is ProbioIQ by Solle Naturals since it was specifically formulated for the brain-gut connection.  www.SolleScents.com

4. Minerals - headaches, muscle and leg cramps, female issues, PMS, dry skin, alopecia, kidney and urinary issues, replace electrolytes, after workouts, brain fog and so much more.  My favorite is Solle Vital from Solle Naturals, www.SolleScents.com, since it is a 3 in one (chlorophyll, minerals and adaptogens for stress).  The other is Herbal Trace Minerals from NSP - http://jennscents.net/?sn=980-5.

5. Essential oils and blends - something with lavender and frankincense in it would be helpful, like the Solle Essentials Balance that I formulated for Solle Naturals, www.SolleScents.com

6. Histablock - herbal Benedryl, for allergies (food, environmental and pet), rashes, spider/bug bites and excess phlegm. http://jennscents.net/?sn=776-1

7. Silver Shield - this is an aquasol solution, so no heavy metal particles get built up in the body.  I use for literally everything from fighting colds and flu, to skin irritations, burns, scrapes, cuts, earaches, scratched eyeballs, and so, so, so much more.  Here is a little more details - http://jennscents.net/?sn=4278-5.  It comes in a couple different sizes and in a Gel as well (for wrinkles, scrapes, acne, wounds, etc.)

8. Stress Relief - I actually have 2 favorites in this category of "must haves"... Chinese Stress Relief from  NSP, http://jennscents.net/?sn=1863-5; and Adaptable from Solle Naturals, www.SolleScents.com.  They both help to balance mood, relieve nervousness, anxiety, fear, stress, anger and depression.  I used to conquer my fear of public speaking, nightmares, grief and just day to day stress we endure.

9.  Collatrim - this is collagen to help with tendons, ligaments, joints, muscles and bones.  Anytime we sleep on our neck wrong, pull a muscle, lift too much or overdo a workout.  It also doubles to help boost metabolism when we sleep, as a weight loss aid. You can also open up capsule, mix in Aloe Gel or Honey for a skin rejuvenating and tightening mask.   http://jennscents.net/?sn=3065-4

Last but not least...
10. Nature's Fresh Enzyme Spray.  I know, the label talks about using it for cleaning.  Have to follow regulations.  I love, love, love this stuff to hydrate skin (skin irritations, facial toner), to knock out allergens (enzymes destroy protein structures which is what allergens are made of), I drink occasionally when I am having a severe digestive/intestinal issue. And it is an absolute "must have" for anyone with pets. Helps with dander, stains, smells, skin issues, allergies and hydration.  http://jennscents.net/?sn=1549-7

Ok, so this may seem like a lot, but when you come to think of it, it's really not much at all. If you have any questions, or need help stocking up on these, please do not hesitate to contact me, jh@jennscents.com, 352.243.9627.

Here's to a happy& healthy 2015!

Calling all Athletes

Calling all athletes - how would you like something that increases your stamina, work capacity, endurance, muscle tissue production while decreasing your recovery time? Oh, and is not a stimulant? In addition, it offers a plethora of health benefits such as antioxidants, anti-depressant, analgesic, adaptogen (stress management) improves insulin management, antibacterial, antifungal, lowers LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, powerful flavonoids (important for vein health), calms the nervous ystem, contains vitamin c and potassium, improves memory, and oh my gosh, so much more!  Sound too good to be true?  Well, it isn't.  It's is a drink called Renue by Solle Naturals.

Renue contains some heavy hitting herbal extracts such as Yuzu fruit, Maral Root, Passionflower, Lemon Balm, Wood Betony, Schizandra, Chamomile and Motherwort.  One of these ingredients alone have a great deal of science behind it showing its great benefits, but the combination and synergy of all of these together, well, let's just say, I won't go a day without it.  It not only tastes good (fruit/berry flavor), but you can drink hot or cold.  It comes in a convenient packet that you can carry with you anywhere, and simply add to water before or after a workout, when you are anxious or stress, when you need to quiet mental chatter, or just give a boost to your immune system.

Time to Renue your life...order today at www.SolleScents.com.
